L' Association Dar Si Hmad a besoin de volontaires pour un projet d' eau. On est entrain de transformer de la brume qui vient de l' ocean en eau courante (Anglais): " My name is Hafsa Oubou from Agadir. We are an NGO called Dar Si Hmad for Development, Education, and Culture based in Sidi Ifni. We have lunched Fog-Harvesting project that turns fog into water. We did this one in an area where there is no raining and villagers fight to get some water somewhere else. Women spend like 3.5 hours everyday to fetch water.... It's a tough life for them and their kids! We have another project which is Ethnographic School; it is basicly about giving classes to students from the US to learn more about Amazigh culture and identity. We expect to receive another group this May from an American university. The TV station Prosieben (it is available on Astra) will show a documentary about our NGO. The documentary, which is about the project of fog-Harvesting that empowers gender equality in Southern Morocco, will be shown as part of the Galileo program. It will be broadcast on this Monday at 19:05 (German Time). I hope you will be able to watch it and know more about our development projects. I follow you on Twitter and I got the impression that you are interested in Amazigh Cause and that you live in Netherlands, right? That's why I want to contact you because I was wondering if you know some Berber activists in Netherlands; I heard there are many there and I was hoping to get in touch with them before the broadcast of the documentary. I need their support because people who benefit from the water project are Berbers of Ait Baamrane! What do you think? Looking forward to hearing from you Best wishes from Agadir -- Dar Si Hmad for Development, Education and Culture Non-Profit Organization Program Coordinator Facebook: http://tinyurl.com/c33vqdp Website: http://darsihmad.org/index.php/en/programs/fog-harvesting
